1. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days depending on your location and courier schedules.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over R499. Orders below that amount are charged a **flat delivery fee of R75-R90.
3. Do you offer returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. For more, visit our Returns Policy.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
5. Do you sell to the public or only businesses?
We primarily serve wholesale buyers, but selected items may be available for retail customers. Please check individual product pages for availability.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Instant EFT
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Cash & other methods (for recorded offline orders)
7. Do you ship outside South Africa?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be introduced soon — stay tuned!
8. How do I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Simply create a wholesale account or contact us at wholesale@pikemal.co.za with your business details. We’ll guide you through the process.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
10. What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
