Welcome to Pikemal. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all wholesale purchases made through our website. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for wholesale pricing, customers must be registered businesses or retailers and provide a valid business registration or resale certificate upon request.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order value: N/A
Certain products may have minimum quantity requirements per SKU.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in ZAR and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment methods accepted: Visa (Credit, Debit, Electron), Mastercard, Maestro, American Express (AMEX), SASSA cards, and Digital tap payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay.

* Orders must be paid in full before processing and shipping.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard shipping takes **2–5 business days** depending on your location.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Damages

Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
Claims for damaged goods must include photos and order details.

6. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or partially fulfill orders based on stock levels.
Backordered items will be shipped when available or refunded upon request.

7. Use of Trademarks and Branding

Wholesale customers may not use our brand name, product images, or marketing materials without prior written permission.
Rebranding or white-labeling of our products is not allowed unless agreed upon in writing.

8. Resale Terms

Products purchased from Pikemal must be sold at or above our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), if applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the following laws: The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) (No. 68 of 2008), The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) (No. 25 of 2002), The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) (No. 4 of 2013), and The Companies Act (No. 71 of 2008). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued purchases indicate acceptance of the latest version.
