Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be excluded from return due to hygiene reasons, customizations, or clearance sales. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to Return
1. Contact our support team at support@pikemal.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
