Shipping and Deliveries

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. In some cases, due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier delays, delivery may take up to 5 business days. 

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor your shipment in real time. All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Shipping Partners: We work with trusted local and national courier services to ensure reliable delivery. 

Delivery Areas: We currently ship to all major regions within South Africa. 
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free on orders over R499, and a flat rate of R75- R90 applies to smaller orders depending on your address. 
Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, please contact our support team.
